is normally completed and mailed (e-mail or US mail) the day following the
survey inspection. Reports are very thorough and
detailed including color photos and signature.

Report delivery - Most survey
reports are sent via e-mail as you get the report as soon as it is done
without the delay of the postal service. Other
delivery
options
are also available for delivery
of survey reports including rush Overnight delivery of hard copy if
necessary. If a hard copy is requested it can be personally delivered and reviewed (if within
local Grand Rapids area).

Pre-Purchase and Insurance Condition and Value Surveys
- include Fair Market Value and Replacement Cost as well as color
photos of the vessel inside and out as well as problem areas. Reports are
typically 20-30 pages in length depending on the size and overall condition
of the vessel. All survey findings are summarized for easy reference and
prioritized based on importance. |
